Some Tips on Securing Yourself Online

In this post, I will tackle about how you will make yourself secure online. Securing yourself online is not a paranoid thing, there are a lot of hacking that has been recorded during the last year just to get some business and personal information. This sounds like not a concern for us individual who is not engaged in a big time business or a celebrity, but there is a thing called "Identity Theft". This is no simple thing, hackers go in your computer, steal your personal information, and sell it to some companies who will use your information, mostly, those dating sites.Just take time to read this and carefully follow:

1) Set up secure password and use different password in every website you where you will register.

    Establish a password that is not connected in your life, or much better compose a password that is made up of letters, special character, numbers, and some capital letters. With this hackers will have a hard time decrypting what will be your password. But make sure that you will memorize your password.

    Also make a different password for every website you will register (i.e. social media, email) it is simply because when you have the same password with all the accounts that you have, once they figure it out, they will occupy all of your accounts.

2) Be careful of Phishing Sites

    Some of you are not aware of phishing site, phishing is the act of attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and sometimes, indirectly, money) by masquerading as a trustworthy entity like a website. So be careful in where you will put your usernames and password, if you are going to log in in facebook, email instagram, etc. always check the address bar, if the address is not correct, immediately get out of that site and put the correct address.

3) Beware of Emails Offering Gifts

    There are a lot of emails that is rounding all over the internet, saying that you have win something, blah blah blah, don't take time on clicking it, instead delete it, it is a simple way of exposing yourself to the hacker making him steal something from you.

4) Install Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware

    This is the most easy way in securing yourself, but most of us ignore this thing. Hackers tend to enter our computer through the files that we are downloading from the web, so if you don't have a anti-virus or a anti-malware, they can be easily run around your system and get all the things or destroy everything in your computer.

5) Separate Personal Email to Email That You Use in Registering Online

    Always make a separate email for your personal matters (chat, business) in emails that you use in registering online, in this set up, you will avoid spam mails that will fill your inbox and much secure for some vulnerability attacks.

That's all of the things that I can teach for those who are not geeky specially in technology and internet, better be secure than sorry, they are just all easy things to do, cause being a victim of a hacker and identity theft is not a small matter, it will change your life forever once something wrong happen.

Costa Pacifica: Hidden Beauty

As I watch TV, this show catch my attention since it previews a resort that can be found on Baler, Aurora. The resort's name us "Costa Pacifica". I just got hooked with it and said to my self "I will go to that resort within this year", so I just searched for this resort and found some interesting information.

Baler, Aurora is found in the northeastern part of Luzon, known as one of the country's breathtaking scenery and historical landmarks, and here you can found Costa Pacifica.

Costa Pacifica is a hotel resort that offers rooms ranges from P5,800 - P12,700. They also have a party venue called "The Pavilion" which is one spacious and elegant venue that is suitable for parties, weddings, business meetings and some other occasions and business functions.

They also have a outdoor pool which is L-shaped, yes, L-shaped pool that will give you a nice time to relax and unwind located at the center of the resort, facing Sabang Beach. They also offer Jacuzzi for a intimate and relaxing time. The use of pool is for in house guests only and are open from 6am - 10pm.

Resort is bot a good place if there is no restaurant. They have this Beach House which offers local and international cuisines. It also has a cozy ambiance that will make you relaxed while eating.

And for those who likes surfing, the best surfing season is November - March, and of course you can go in Costa Pacifica and do the surfing as it is only besides Sabang Beach.

Costa Pacifica is not the only place you can go in Baler, there are many attractions such as Ermita Hill, Dona Aurora Quezon's House, and Grand Museo de Baler.

So take time to seek some of the wonders of Philippines, there are so many places here, that you don't need to go to the other country just to see some beauty.

Top SmartPhones as of Today

There are a lot of smartphones that comes out on the market everyday, each of one has its own uniqueness among others like fluidity, capability, affordability, and ease of access for the users. But despite of this, there are only few smartphones that can give the user all what he needs like entertainment (Gaming, Music, Video), connectivity (SMS, MMS, Hi-Speed internet browsing, Hi-Speed download), Organizing and Business (Memo, QuickOffice) and fluidity and elegance.

And below are my Top 5 List of SmartPhone as of Today:

5) Samsung Galaxy Note 3

    Samsung's Galaxy Note is one of the best product of Samsung and here is its 3rd version, the Galaxy Note 3.
    It has a cracking 5.7 inches display giving its user a 1920 x 1080 pixel giving a massive 386ppi that can give its user a incomparable gaming experience and video playing for a mobile phone. And this big buddy has a big weight loss compare to  its predecessor (Galaxy Note 2) 168 g. compare to Galaxy Note 2 weighing 183 g.
    This big phone that we have is  not just looks, cause it has Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset and 3GB of RAM making it one of the most slickest and smoothest phone that is very suitable for gaming (for gamers out there) and for those who wants a snappy phone.
     Well, this big phone of ours are giving a very huge dimension in terms of dimension. It has a 13 megapixel camera and can give you a nice photo up to 4128 x 3096 pixels.
     And I know some of you are asking how was its battery, well to be honest, battery life of a phone depends on the usage, but as for my experience, as a careful user, it lasts a full two days.

4) LG G2

    Our buddy here has a 5.2 inches of display having 1920 x 1080 pixel giving a 423ppi and can give you a nice visual experience while playing a video.And in terms of camera, they have a colour-accurate and a camera app that are set up everything for you. It also has a lot of camera options that you can do just like the panorama and  the multi-photo 360 degrees mode that has been first introduced in Nexus4.
    As for its sounds, it supports a high  bit rate audio at 24bit/192kHz and you can play FLAC and other lossless music file on this device.
   This guy has a extra button at its back just below its camera, this button allows you to adjust the volume turning your headset on or off and in addition, it has a option that will let you go straightly to camera app or to its LG memo while in sleep.

3) Motorola Moto G

    Well, this phone is has got everyone in surprise. We all know that Motorola phones is one of the most expensive phone. But this Moto G here is different, this things is very affordable without compromising the performance (but I won't talk about price here since it varies in different countries).
    It has a good design that gives comfort while holding it. Its curved back design make it easy to hold and it is changeable into 15 different colors (so you have many options that you can change it everyday).
    Motorola claims that this Moto G has the sharpest display in its class. It has a 4.5 inches screen that puts up a 1280 x 720 pixels giving 329ppi and compare to others, its colors are sharper the details and viewing angles is much are very good.
    With regards to its performance, it has Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with 1.2GHz quad-core that can give you a very snappy performance. It has a quad-core meaning you can multitask in this mini device. It responds very quickly with no sign of lag that all of us want. It has a 8GB and 16GB models but one downfall of this device is that it has no microSD card slot for expanding memory.
   In terms of camera, although it has a fewer megapixels than any other smartphones available, giving 5 megapixels of back camera and 1.3 megapixels in front camera, but still this device can bring up a nice photo with full of details.
   One of the Moto G's best feature is it has a 4.3 JellyBean OS, which is the latest, and can be upgraded to  4.4 KitKat OS.

2) Apple iPhone 5S

    iPhone is one of the leading smartphone nowadays, it has a very minimal step up on design, but what's inside of it is one big step for the iPhone. It has Apple A7 processor that can give you 2x performance and 2x graphic enhancement. This processor also allows the iPhone 5S to take iOS 7 into 64-bit compare to 32-bit that iPhone 5 can do.
    Its camera is also a big step up, it stick to its 8 megapixel back camera but it has some enhancements that you can notice if  your compare iPhone 5's camera and iPhone 5S's camera. iPhone 5S has also a new camera options, they are now offering the slow-mo, video with up to 3x zoom while playing, square, and panorama.

1) HTC One

    This phone really hits the spot. HTC display is one of  the best I've ever seen, It can gives you a full HD resolution with 1920 x 1080 with a pixel density of 468ppi. It can also gives you a nice viewing angles and color reproduction.
    HTC One has a Qualcoom Snapdragonn 600 with 1.7GHz with a 2GB of RAM that can do a snappy thing with whatever you throws at it. But as for it design, metal, it conducts heat and soon as you use your phone, you will the heat flowing in your fingers.
    The camera might not be the best camera that is available in the market but still it can give you a nice result on picture capturing and pairing it with Boom sounds that some smartphones are unavailable, you can have a nice and unmatching music experience with this phone.
